Forge loads only 4 mods!!! plz help

Title: Forge loads only 4 mods!!! plz help

OS: Windows 7 32bits

Java Version: 32bits

Description of Problem:

On Tekkit forge loads only 4 mods: Mod_MinecraftForge, Mod_codeChickencore, Mod_Notenoughtitems, mod_IC2. and that is all. Tried everything : clean cache, reninstal launcher, reninstal Tekkit. Other mod Like Vanila or Teachnick jus crash after white screen. Idont know what to do plz help
