Description of Problem:
Found a stronghold, went inside, spawned on a few Obsidian blocks, no End Stone, nothing... I think the world generation must have a problem because when I reset the end world, it did the exact same thing as it did before. Is 3.1.2 not compatible? The Enderdragon health bar doesn't show up either.
