I cannot run Technic. At all.

Java Version: I don't know.

Antivirus Program: AVG Free 2012

Description of Problem:

I cannot open the technic launcher. I double click it and hit run, then it says "TechnicLauncher.exe - .NET Framework Initialization Error, unable to find a version of the runtime to run this application. I'm not shure if this is a bug or a computer problem, so if it's not, I'm sorry. I would still apreciate help, though.
