whenever i launch my technic launcher under the tekkit version it crashes with this message below

You have a block ID conflict. You are trying to start Tekkit right? Reinstalling is your best bet. You could change the block IDs manually but they need to match the IDs that the server is using.

Be sure to backup any worlds or anything that you are not willing to lose before reinstalling.

EDIT: I didn't read your log correctly, Torezu has the right information below.

This is not a block ID conflict. Notice the block names? It's a duplicate mod file problem. Reinstalling will fix it, but so will going into your mods folder and removing all the older mod files. It looks like you updated incompletely.
