Server console [Severe] msg's

I am a fairly new tekkit server owner (less than a month) and inbetween work and real life am still getting to grips with everything. I have quite a few problems with the server and need to make an effort to get on top of them. Would it be at all possible if someone was to look at my server startup spam and point anything obviously wrong out to me?
