Need Help, If possible with redpower, buildcraft, and industrialcraft. Minor things

so i wanted to sort of get free scrap by using block breakers for a cobble generator, along with redstone and pneumatic tubes. I transported the cobble to a crystal chest. i want to use buildcraft pipes to transport the cobble into a recycler, if possible.

Why use BC pipes? Tubes are so much better at this type of thing. Just remember to put the cobble in the top, and pull scrap out a side.
