Title: In Tekkit Forge Mod Loader, LOADS only 2 mods ? Everything explaned

Version: 3.1.2

OS: W7 32bits

Java Version: JRE 7 32bits

Description of Problem:

I dont know why this happening to me on both computers. Nr.1 computer has Windows xp - on this computer Forge loads even 4 mods. Other PC Windows 7 - on it Forge loads only 2 mods - IC2 and MinecraftForge v3.3.8.164. Tried to reninstal Forge, Tekkit, Java, Technic launcher. I know that Tekkit has about 30 mod, but i only can play with 1 mod IC2. I would enjoy playing singleplayer if i could but i cant, multiplayer - another bug - when i trying to connect to server it say that internal error has ocoured. If someone would be kind and help me, so please, help.

My problem in log is third line from the end.
