I have reinstalled minecraft 1.3.2, no mods pure vanilla,technic launcher java 1.7.0_06, run the launcher and even the bat and the launcher flashes briefly and doesn't finish running, I have done it with Vipre disabled and even made technic launcher an exception and it doesn't run nor finish i try to re-run launcher and nothing shows up.

Description of Problem:
