I have recently had the urge to join the technic community, though running the download for the launcher is proving a problem. I get a problem where it just sits on 'checking launcher version, i have tried redownloading a few times now and each time i get the same problem. I also get a popup screen saying whether to quit or continue, which states that the JIT is failing etc.
