The horses have no skin

Launcher Version: Newest?

Operating System: windows XP

Java Version: Newest (just updated it today)

Antivirus Program: avg

Description of Problem:

the horses/dnkey's are white. no skin at all. I went into the mo creatures file and the skins are there, just not rendering. help?
