Good starting map for a SMP server?

Hey guys, does anyone have a good starting map with a basic spawn and interesting geography that I could use in a new reboot of my server?

Also has anyone had trouble accessing The End and spawning Ocelots using Nitrous Network servers? I can't seem to do both but running the server locally doesn't have these issues.
