Description of Problem:

i go to start up tekkit for the first time im login in it says mincraft jar and a percentage bar this bar frezzes ive reshearched this promblem there seems to be no way to fix HELP

Go grab a new copy of the launcher. There have been some patches put out to deal with new versions of Minecraft, and it looks like yours might not be the very newest.
