SQLITE error?

My server was running quite happily until today. Here is a log:

It's actually much longer than that (120mb) but that's obviously too big to post. Looking at it, it seems like it all started after one of the players used a wrench on a batbox (line 735 on pastebin)

When people join (including me, connecting locally) everything is very laggy. I've checked on google and I find no mention of this error. The SQLITE errors towards the end ([sqlITE_CANTOPEN]) appear every 9 seconds or so on repeat. I'm really at a loss here.

I just restarted the server and the errors didn't appear but a minute or so later they reappeared, although they look slightly different now.
