Title: Cant connect to own server, others can

Version: 3.1.2

OS: 64-bit, windows 7

Java Version: 7

Description of Problem:

I'm having troubles connecting to a server I just launched for me and a few friends. For me, it says connection refused: connect. For them, they get in the game. I'm using 3.1.2, and they are aswell, and I'm using everything I should be. Thanks

Instead of using an external IP, try putting in localHost
