Hexxit 2.0.1C wont launch/start

Hi i Have bin playing hexxit on the recommended 1.0.10 version but every time i try to update it to a 2.0.1 version it auto closes the white window and doesnt launch the game.

is there a known fix for this issue? current recommended is the only one closest to most updated that will work for me.
