Launcher Version: 3.1.2

Operating System: 32 bit windows 7

Java Version: 64 bit

Antivirus Program: Bullgaurd

Description of Problem:

when i open the launcher it comes up with an error message saying the process cant access the file woth 3 options; details,quit or continue. when i open the details it just has a massive page full of errors and when i click quit it closes the application and when i choose the continue option nothing happens

Error Messages:
