So I followed a tutorial on YouTube on how to make a Technic mod-pack so I followed all the steps added all the permissions to the list and double checked to see if I had done it correctly but when I download it it works but however when the game launches there is no forge?

I have read other forum pages here and as pointed out by others most errors and not the same/ even remotely similar but I have seen requests for links to the file location and also the API for the mod-pack so here they are:
