Modpack loads but mods dont

I made my own custom modpack for me and my friends I uploaded it and downloaded it on the launcher but every time I launch it the mods dont work.

You named forge modpack.jar.exe instead of modpack.jar, also it's the wrong file, I cannot open it to verify what that file is.
