Tekkit Stuck "Grabbing org.scala-lang:scala-library:2.10.2"

As the titel says I tried to download tekkit but after the download it was stuck Grabbing org.scala-lang:scala-library:2.10.2 at 8%

I've tried restarting my pc ,the techniclauncher, deleting minecraft and reinstalling, deleting technic  and reinstalling, deleting tekkit and reinstalling

but nothing has worked so far

Not just Tekkit, Infinity is doing it too. Most likely a Technic Server issue so hopefully it will be fixed soon.

Yep, I'm having the same problem here too.

Edit: Mine just finished downloading. so patience is the answer.
