Can play a server for a short time then cuts out...

Launcher Version: 1.0.1.3

Operating System: Windows 7 Home premium 64-Bit

Java Version: 1.7 jre jdk

Antivirus Program: None.

Description of Problem:

Well everytime i try to join a server it says "Connecting to the server..." for about 20 seconds then afterwards this appears "Connection timed out: connect". I found a way to fix this problem by heading to %appdata% and deleting the ".tecniclauncher" Then re-downloading it, Sadly it doenst work no more and it was just time consuming as i could only join a server for a maximum of 10 minutes per re-download. The servers are online because all my other friends are on them when i try to connect.
