Update Failed on Technic SSP 6.0.7

Java Version: 1.7.0_05 (6GB Allocated RAM)

Antivirus Program: MSE(Free version)

Description of Problem:

I get update failed when I try to downgrade to 6.0.7, I update fine to a newer version. Also the older version don't work either...

Also it says update failed right after Minecraft.jar is at 99-100%

It's like it can't download MC 1.1

I have the same problem with all the mods when I try to backdate, even when it does work the worlds load and immediately crash
