IC2 Rotary Macerator Draining MFE

Title: IC2 Rotary Macerator Draining MFE

Version: 3.1.2

OS: Windows 7 Home Premium 64x

Java Version: 7.0.50

Description of Problem:

When I connect up my Rotary Macerator it shows that it is receiving no power but it drains my MFE at a rate of about 1,000 eu per sec. I have tried different cabling and nothing seems to work.

Other Notes:

Using Glass Fiber cable

Using Geothermal to power MFE

Playing on a Server not LAN or SSP

EDIT:

My Macerator will also not accept Energy Crystals or Batteries

EDIT2:

Fixed the bug apparently even though a RT requires a Advanced Machine Block like the induction furnace, it requires a LV
