Description of Problem:

I've downloaded the latest techniclauncher after a recommendation from a friend. However, when i try to open it, I get a message saying "The action 'Run Applescript' has encountered an error.

I can't include an error log, as the launcher has not even opened, and so my logs folder hasn't been created yet.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated, as I don't know anything about Tekkit beyond what my friends have told me about the features.

There's something floating around the forums about re-prioritizing Java to fix this. I don't have a Mac, or I might have a clearer answer for you, but you should be able to find something with the search bar.
