if i click launch tekkit a window comes up saying failed to initialize properly click okay to terminate this application

Error Messages:

this application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135. click on OK to terminate the application

That error number is almost always associated with not having the .NET Framework installed, or it being broken. Go here, download 3.5 with SP1, and install/repair your .NET Framework.

i have the same problem, i have repaired the .net framework 3 times already. still doesnt work. any suggestions?
