RoryMyers Posted August 28, 2012 Share Posted August 28, 2012 Launcher Version: 1.0.1.1 Operating System: Hp Pavilion g6 notebook PC Java Version: Version 7 Update 6 Antivirus Program: Description of Problem: Whenever I try to sign into the Minecraft.net it tells me that the login has failed and asks me if I would like to play in 'offline mode'. 0 Torezu Posted August 28, 2012 Share Posted August 28, 2012 If this happens to you, try the vanilla Minecraft login and see if it works (yes, that will mean running vanilla Minecraft). If that doesn't work, the minecraft.net auth servers are down, and you won't be able to play either in online mode until they're back up. If normal Minecraft works and the launcher doesn't, try getting a new launcher (not reinstalling, just a new launcher file). Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
