Film Competition - Copyright?

I want to enter a short film competition with a Machinima made in Tekkit. However I am aware of the copyright issues associated with this. So who do I contact? The Technic Pack doesn't have an email address. I have also asked Mojang for copyright permission as Tekkit is a modification of Minecraft, but I want to get permission from the Tekkit side as well.

Any help would be awesome

Tekkit does not require permission to make any related films. The publicity is somewhat appreciated, though you might find yourself the target of some people that still believe Technic/Tekkit are "thieves" or whatever.
