fresh download only 3 mods?

Description of Problem:

i deleted my tekkit folder and redownloaded it, but it only downloads 3 mods(NEI, forge and chickencore).

i dont know how to see them

That's the same exact things w/ me. I still have not figured out, although I don't have any antiviruses, do you? I heard that will help if you turn it off, I turned mine off and I still can't play. But if you don't then I have no clue I am still trying to figure out the problem so I can teach others how to fix it.
