When I try to run the TechnicLauncher, it gives me a window that says it doesn't work anymore. I can close the program or searche for a solution on the internet. The problem is, that it doesn't create the .techniclauncher. Does someone knows what the problem is and how I can solve it?

Antivirus Program: Kaspersky
Description of Problem:
