Technic pack stuck on the splash loadout, or a black window flash, or a loading screen flashe

Operating System: Windows 7 Home Premium

Java Version: 7

Antivirus Program: MBAM

Description of Problem:

Whenever I launch it, the splash screen just stays there and never loads. I can't close it unless I end it manually or restart my computer. I have tried multiple things, they never work.

Eg. Running as admin, checking my default program, and everything else I have found.

Malwarebytes is not an antivirus program. Do you have the 32- or 64-bit version of Windows 7 and Java? They need to match. If it's the 32-bit version, try running the .jar version of the launcher.
