Fuel Disappearing

Description of Problem:

Set up a refinery, oil is pumped in and fuel is pumped out and stored fine. Then tried to pump the stored fuel into combustion engines but the fuel would just drain from the tank and not appear in the pipes or the engines. I used 8 redstone engines to pump from 8 tanks in a 2x4 setup with waterproof wood pipes. Absolutely no idea why it's not working, if anyone would like to help me out?

Same is happening to me. Where on you tank is the oil being pumped, What kind of pipe? I had the output on the side of the top tank. Using stone waterproof pipe I can not put or pull liquid from tanks
