Technic Launcher doesn't open

Description of Problem:

The launcher can't open because Java Virtual Machine Launcher cannot access the appdata directory. The message reads this: Error: Unable to access jarfile: C:\Users\<MYUSERNAME>\AppData\Roaming\.techniclauncher\techniclauncher.jar

Error Messages:

i think mine does that but ive tried everything on nothin happens but i only sometimes get and error message

The funny thing is that this started after I ran dskchk... I thOught disk check was supposed to FIX problems, not cause them...

I found the issue. I downloaded and ran this program, and it fixed everything.
