Way points set through Rei's Minimap being wiped when I restart the launcher

Operating System: Windows 7 Home Premium 4GB RAM

Java Version: Java 7

Description of Problem:

Whenever I restart the launcher and go back onto Tekkit, all my way points from all my worlds are gone. Help?
