laucher freezes after mojang screen and server cant find info for craftbukkit file

Launcher Version: the latest one

Operating System: windows 7

Java Version: version 7 update 7

Antivirus Program:

Description of Problem:

laucher will freeze after mojang screen giving the error message below, i have seen some others asking the same question but the answer was you need to get a better version of the laucher as your on a developers one or something similar, but ive redownloaded numerous times over the past 2 days and still not fixed itself.

any help is much appreciated, but try to keep it simpl-ish, I'm somewhat of a newbie.
