I am running a computer with windows 10 and the following specs:
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-5500U CPU @ 2.40GHz 2.40 GHz
12 GB of Ram
64-bit processor and operating system
Java: 1.8.0_60 64-Bit
I have tried un-installing launcher and packs, tried different versions of Java, tried multiple Ram allocations, and messing with visual settings in game (if I get in) and in launcher. Most packs don't load as they crash on the Mojang screen and I don't know why, even the vanilla pack crashes. If I am able to get in the game lags to the point that it is virtually unplayable.
I can load normal minecraft through its own launcher and run mods I install directly into it fine without problems but anything involved with the technic launcher endlessly crashes or very rarely lets me into the game but lags horribly.
Any ideas on what to do? Also is there a place I can download modpacks so that I can play them without using the launcher (other than getting each individual mod and modding it into a clean client)
