Stuck at splash screen[Solved]

Description of Problem:

Freezes at splash screen, tried making batch files but the ones i get never work, i dont know if im doing it incorrectly or something but ya.

Heres an example:

Ive been told that its connecting to my ipv6. So im trying to make it connect to my ipv4.

Can someone please help/give me a batch file that could work.

Update: I was able to launch it. I downloaded the Microsoft Security thing suggested in the common problems post and just was able to play it now. I also REdownloaded it.
