Title: Client Crash after Spawning Wireless Transmitters

Version: 3.1.2

OS: Windows

Java Version: Java 7

Description of Problem:

Whenever, a player Spawns/Crafts a Wireless Transmitter, Receiver or Jammer They Crash with The same Error. "java.lang.NullPointerException"

Other Parts of Wireless Redstone Chicken Bones Edition (WRCBE) Work fine. It seems to only be the WRCBE redpower Mod not working. WRCBE addons and WRCBE core seem fine. Players can spawn/craft triangulator, REP, and etc. Just fine.
