I want other player to dont have NEI ...Just ops

Description of Problem:

I want only the ops to see that thing who fives then every itens , that thing like Too Many Itens , or just me [owner] , how can i do that , the other player normal player can see it too , i just want the ops , is that possible ?

People will not be able to spawn in items, only ops, but sadly there is no way to turn it off seeing it for players :/ Sry
