It won't work.

I have done everything i can think of, deleted the .techniclauncher and everything. it always fails downloading the modpacks. it doesn't matter which modpack i try to download, i have tried them all it always fails. I have tried different internet connections, different times, Everything suggested on the forums i have done and it still doesn't work. Here is the log:
