Description of Problem:

Almost exactly as the title says. I searched and searched for another post of this after 100 pages or so I gave up lol. Sorry if this post is already out there in advance.

Basically it's simple we found the ender portal spawned it and jumped in together. What loaded was a 5x5x1 block obsidian platform, yes only 1 block thick. We were surrounded by void yet off in the distance you could see Oil Deposits spawning randomly around us. We placed an ender chest tied to the one we had in our home location all seemed to work just fine. Used our Mercurial Eye to create massive platforms to build out further then the original 5x5x1 platform but we went WAY out and still nothing. even with a jet-pack i couldn't find anything at all.

I don't know if this has anything to do with it but when we got back to the original starting area the ender chest we had placed was gone.

After all this we assumed the ender world was corrupted obviously. My first plan was to back everything up except the ender world folder in the server directory. I did this restarted the server again after doing all the proper backups and without further ado... The Ender World spawned again the exact same way and recreating the ender world folder.

Needless to say people on my server aren't happy. Any help at all would be greatly appreciated.

Okay well after multiple people on the server looking for a fix we finally found one and I thought I would post the problem and answer anyways.

Unfortunately to do this is a decently short amount of time you have to fly to 0/0 coords from there you should see land. We did that and well there it was.. Land and the Ender Dragon.
