Launcher problem

Everything is working perfectly with my multiplayer server but I have a weird problem. Basically, when I turn on Launch file I get an error and it turns off(It says: 'java' is not recognised as an internal or external command.), but I can still log onto my server. Because of that, the only way for me to turn off my server is by restarting my PC, can anyone give me a hand?
