Title: Disabling Industrailcrafts coin recipe give error

Java Version: jre1.6.0_18, jre6, jre7. jdk1.7.0_05

Description of Problem:

I use the program located here: http://www.mcportcentral.co.za/index.php?topic=1788.0 to edit the IC2.cfg and when the server starts up, it gives the error. Is it the programs fault, the config/Tekkit, or is it both? If someone successfully disable ONLY the coin, could you give me a link to a download, or give me steps to disable it on my own. I listed all the java i found, just in case it has something to do with it.
