Title: Transporting liquids from pumps and pipes not working

Version: 3.1.2

OS: Windows 7 64bit, intel core I7-2600 CPU 3.40 GHz, 8GB RAM

Java Version: Java 7

Description of Problem:

When placing pumps and pipes to gather liquids like water or lava, everything is working fine. The problem begins when I leave the side of the pumps. Everytime I teleport or walk away from "the pumps that are gathering the liquids" or "the pipes that are sending liquids", the liquids don't move anymore and keep there untill I come back to the place where I walked or teleported away.

So the problem or bug is that I can't do anything else then stay with the pump or pipes to keep them working and sending liquids to my tanks in my depot.

I've tryed it with teleport pipes, aswell with using normal pipes from pump to tanks, both stop sending liquids when I leave the pumps or the spot where the liquid is in the pipe.

It's a normal pipe system with 4 redstone engines that work fine when 1 player stays @ the pump or the liquid in the pipe. Dunno if the problem is because of some sort of distance between the pump and the tanks, cause my house (the tanks) and my pumps are between 200 and 500 meters from each other? Cause dind't found anything about it on the tekkit wiki or websites.
