World Edit/Nuclear Reactor crash

Description of Problem:

I tried to use world edit //regen to clean up an area near to my nuclear reactor and mass fabricator setup, it seemed to work, but as the area was being regenerated I got the brown minecraft background followed shortly by a white screen and had to exit via task manager. I think that I may have mistype my first //pos1 and it used an old one, which would encompass the reactor. As I kept trying to log on, as soon as the game loaded the regen area it would crash. I managed to tp away from the site, and as long as I don't go within render distance the game runs fine.
