Server crashing, don't know why :S

Hi.

My server crashes after 5 minutes of running. Here are logs:

There are strange errors as you can see (redwire?).

Maybe has something to do with Java? Here is my version:

java version "1.7.0_07"

Java SE Runtime Environment (build 1.7.0_07-b10)

Java HotSpot 64-Bit Server VM (build 23.3-b01, mixed mode)

I'm using 4GB of RAM for server.
