Unexpected server crash when tekkitrestrict is installed

So theres this awesome dev who is coming up with the best thing since silced bread. I saw a new release that came out 12 hours ago and so I decided to try this one out.

But ever since I disabled a couple of modules in rail craft it seems like this started. I'm not sure if that's the cause but I could be wrong. I had disabled rails, signals, train, and transport. I disabled them because I found it was the only thing that put my CPU usage back to normal. I'm not sure if someone had made something that caused high CPU usage with it, but when I disabled them the CPU usage resumed to normal usages.

This only happens when I put the tekkitrestrict.jar in the plugins folder. If anyone could help for this fix it be greatly appreciated!
