World Guard Blacklist Tekkit

hi Im currently trying to ban some items via worldguard on my tekkit server but I cant seem to ban items with a ':' between numbers eg 126:10 help please really need to ban these items any help would be so much appreciated

heres my blacklist.txt:

[46,239,237,novacatalyst,novacataclysm,214]

on-place=deny,notify,ban,tell

#No Use

[26522,27532,27533:84,27593,30208:1]

on-use=deny,notify,kick,tell

# Deny lava buckets

i have tried 126:10,126:11 and also 126.10,126.11 but cant seem to get them to work
