Title: Tekkit Server 3.1.2 Startup conflicts

Version: 3.1.2

OS: Ubuntu 12.04 Server

Java Version: 1.7.0_07-b10, 32bit

Description of Problem:

It is a clean install of Tekkit 3.1.2 Server, reporting these warnings and conflicts on every startup. However, I could not find any bug while actually playing. Still, it makes me feel that something is not alright..
