Title: I am the only one who can't join my friends server.

OS: Mac OSX 10.7.5
Java Version: java 7 update 7
Description of Problem:
i can't join my friends server but i can join other servers. in the multiplayer menu it say Can't reach server then when i try ad join it say Java.net.socketexception: host is down. all my friends can join but i can't.
