Quarry not starting in 1.1.4?

Is anyone else having problems with the Quarrys not starting in 1.1.4? I know there was an issue in the previous version but i thought it had been fixed.

If anyone happens to know a fix for this can they let me know? Have fresh installed the server and also fresh installed the clients and still the same problems.

I am having the same problem. orange pipes place like normal then the drill part just never moves.

I'm having the exact same problem as Evarus, but x0trane0x's solution didn't work for me. It's somewhat irritating. I'm using 2 combustion engines burning oil. Is there something I'm missing? Is that not enough engines?

Nevermind, I fixed it. I thought I'd read everything I could before coming here, but I found a website that says some permissions plugins can stop the quarry from working. The ModifyWorld plugin that comes with PermissionsEx was to blame. Sorry for that.
