Joining one server doesnt work

I am using the same version, and the ip is correct, the server says its online but when i join it says

Internal Exception: Java.net.SocketException: connection reset

I have tried deleting the tekkit folder and techniclauncher server. I can join any other server except this one.

Any fix?
